Smashd Labs, the LA accelerator focused on entertainment and culture, launched by Troy Carter and Atom Factory just wrapped its inaugural program. A total of 5 presenting companies were vetted and selected to mentorship from 30+ industry professionals including Brian Lee of the Honest Company, . Spearheaded by Suzy Ryoo, Venture Partner at Atom Factory and a cofounder of Smashd, the 10-week program provided the startups with funding of $50K while taking a 3% equity stake. “We are really excited about the innovators and change makers in entertainment, technology, music, and culture,” said Ryoo.
