K2 Space – $110M Series B

SPACETECH

K2 Space, a spacetech startup focused on making space exploration more accessible starting with the satellite bus, has raised $110M in Series B funding led by Altimeter Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Founded by Karan Kunjur and Neel Kunjur in 2022, K2 Space has now raised a total of $180M in reported equity funding.

FitOn – $48.7M

DIGITAL FITNESS

FitOn, a digital fitness and wellness platform, has raised $48.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $63.7M and this close comes from four investors. Founded by Lindsay Cook and Russell Cook in 2019, FitOn has now raised a total of $118.7M in reported equity funding.

Topanga.io – $7.7M

SUSTAINABILITY

Topanga.io, a sustainability enterprise platform that helps kitchens reduce waste, has raised $7.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing is indicated that the total offering is for $8M and there were six investors in this close. Founded by Adam Bailey, Max Olshansky, and Page Soule Schult in 2021, Topanga.io has now raised a total of $12.6M in reported equity funding.
