The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 1/25/25 featuring funding details for Teal, Highnote, Pipeshift, and twenty-one other deals representing $679M in new funding that you need to know about.

Be My Eyes – $6.1M

San Francisco-based Be My Eyes is an application that connects blind and low-vision people with sighted volunteers and companies. Founded by Christian Erfurt and Hans Wiberg in 2012, Be My Eyes has now raised a total of $13.4M in total equity funding and is backed by ECMC, Enable Ventures, LiteCap, National Federation of the Blind, and Samaritan Partners.

DryRun Security – $8.7M

Security Tech

Austin-based DryRun Security provides developers with a security context, acting as a security buddy to enhance application security testing. Founded by James Wickett and Ken Johnson in 2022, DryRun Security has now raised a total of $11.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Cannage Capital, LiveOak Ventures, and Work-Bench.

Allara – $26.0M

HealthTech

Manhattan-based Allara is a virtual care team for polycystic ovary syndrome. Founded by Rachel Blank in 2020, Allara has now raised a total of $38.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Google Ventures and Index Ventures.

Clay – $40.0M

Sales Tech

New York-based Clay offers creative tools for growth teams to enhance customer research. Founded by Kareem Amin, Nicolae Rusan, and Varun Anand in 2017, Clay has now raised a total of $102.0M in total equity funding and is backed by boldstart ventures, BoxGroup, First Round Capital, Meritech Capital Partners, and Sequoia Capital.

Fundraise Up – $70.0M

New York-based Fundraise Up is an online donation platform that helps nonprofits engage donors and increase revenue. Founded by Anton Isaykin, Peter Byrnes, and Yuriy Smirnov in 2017, Fundraise Up has now raised a total of $82.1M in total equity funding and is backed by Summit Partners and Telescope Partners.

Mobly – $4.3M

Sales Tech

Lehi-based Mobile SaaS platform to easily CAPTURE, ENRICH, and ENGAGE with leads met in-person Founded by Kris Jenkins and Zach Barney in 2023, Mobly has now raised a total of $7.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Eniac Ventures, Francis Santora, Jeron Paul, Jump Capital, Peak Ventures, Peterson Ventures, and Tenzing.vc.

Highnote – $90.0M

FinTech

San Francisco-based Highnote is an embedded finance company that develops a virtual payment platform to handle payment processing business flows. Founded by John MacIlwaine and Kin Kee in 2020, Highnote has now raised a total of $144.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Adams Street Partners, Costanoa Ventures, Oak HC/FT, Pinegrove Capital Partners, and Westcap.

LeapXpert – $20.0M

Enterprise Tech

New York-based LeapXpert develops business communication platform. Founded by Avi Pardo, Dima Gutzeit, and Rina Charles in 2017, LeapXpert has now raised a total of $42.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Partnership Fund for New York City, Portage Ventures, Rockefeller Capital Management, and Uncorrelated Ventures.

Method Financial – $42.0M

Austin-based Method Financial is a financial connectivity API for consumer liability data + payments Founded by Jesus Marco del Carmen, Jose Bethancourt, and Mit Shah in 2021, Method Financial has now raised a total of $60.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Ardent Venture Partners, avra, Emergence Capital, Samsung NEXT, Truist Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Render – $80.0M

Cloud Infrastructure

San Francisco-based Render provides a unified cloud for developers and teams to host all their applications, databases, and websites. Founded by Anurag Goel in 2018, Render has now raised a total of $156.8M in total equity funding and is backed by 01 Advisors, Addition, avra, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, Georgian, and South Park Commons.

Gravity – $13.0M

CleanTech

San Francisco-based Gravity Climate offers a carbon management software platform for industrial businesses and their supply chains. Founded by Saleh ElHattab in 2022, Gravity has now raised a total of $13.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Ansa Capital, Buoyant Ventures, Caffeinated Capital, Communitas Capital Partners, Eclipse Ventures, Hanover Technology Investment Management, and Wex Venture Capital.

Intryc – $3.1M

AI

San Francisco-based Intryc employs artificial intelligence to automate the quality assurance process for customer support services. Founded by Alex Marantelos, Dimitrios Ilias, and George Pastakas in 2024, Intryc has now raised a total of $4.7M in total equity funding and is backed by 500 Emerging Europe, Episode 1, General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, and Y Combinator.

Pipeshift – $2.5M

AI Infrastructure

San Francisco-based Pipeshift is an AI infrastructure startup that develops a modular orchestration platform to provide contextual answers to queries. Founded by Arko Chattopadhyay, Enrique Ferrao, and Pranav Reddy in 2024, Pipeshift has now raised a total of $3.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Arka Venture Labs, Astir Ventures, Good News Ventures, gradCapital, Krishna Mehra, Kulveer Taggar, MyAsia VC, Nivesha Ventures, SenseAI Ventures, Umur Cubukcu, and Y Combinator.

Eleos Health – $60.0M

Boston-based Eleos Health is a mental health startup that focuses on using voice analysis and NLP to improve treatment outcomes and workflow efficiency. Founded by Alon Joffe, Alon Rabinovich, Dror Zaide, and Shiri Sadeh-Sharvit in 2019, Eleos Health has now raised a total of $128.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Centerstone, Eight Roads Ventures, F-Prime Capital, Greenfield Partners, ION, lool ventures, Menlo Ventures, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, and Union Tech Ventures.

Sonocharge Energy – $23.5M

San Diego-based Sonocharge Energy develops a technology that enables batteries to charge. Founded by An Huang and Haodong Liu in 2022, Sonocharge Energy has now raised a total of $38.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Cycle Capital, Honda Motor, Khosla Ventures, and Temasek Holdings.

ShopMy – $77.5M

Worcester-based ShopMy provides a platform for creators to monetize product recommendations seamlessly. Founded by Chris Tinsley, Harry Rein, and Tiffany Lopinsky in 2020, ShopMy has now raised a total of $97.0M in total equity funding and is backed by AlleyCorp, Amy Wu, Bain Capital Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Camila Coehlo, Campbell Puckett, Eric Chan, Geoff Donaker, Inspired Capital Partners, Jeremy Levine, Jett Puckett, Leandra Medine, Menlo Ventures, Scott Friend, and Shea McGee.

Clutch – $65.0M

Half Moon Bay-based Clutch transforms Credit Unions into FinTechs, enhancing loan and deposit onboarding. Founded by Christopher Coleman and Nicholas Hinrichsen in 2020, Clutch has now raised a total of $106.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Alkeon Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Peterson Partners, and TruStage Ventures.

Qumis – $2.2M

InsurTech

Chicago-based Qumis is a purpose-built AI platform for insurance knowledge workflows. Founded by Dan Schuleman and Shivam Sinha in 2022, Qumis has now raised a total of $2.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Alumni Ventures, Armory Square Ventures, BrokerTech Ventures, Grand Ventures, MTech Capital, Sean Harper, and Tom Vander Schaaff.
