MightyMeld, a visual devtool for creating React apps, has raised $4.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates there were seven investors in the round. MightyMeld was founded by Steven Schkolne in 2022.

Linker Finance, a digital banking platform for community banks, has raised $3.7M in Seed funding from investors that include led by TenOneTen Ventures and Chingona Ventures. Linker Finance was founded by Jorge Garcia in 2023.
PrivacyHawk – $3M
PrivacyHawk, a consumer data protection platform, has raised $3M in Venture funding from investors that include Alumni Ventures, Gaingels, ff Venture Capital, Duro Ventures, K Street Capital, Liebenthal Ventures, Cadron Capital Partners,. Founded by Aaron Mendes and Justin Wright in 2021, PrivacyHawk has now raised a total of $6.8M in reported equity funding.
Seatopia – $1.8M
Seatopia, a direct-to-consumer subscription seafood company, has raised $1.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from twenty-one investors. Seatopia was founded by Eric Tong and James Arthur Smith in 2020.
