Divergent – $230M

Divergent, an end-to-end software-hardware production system for industrial digital manufacturing, has raised $230M in Series D funding led by Hexagon AB. Founded by Kevin Czinger in 2013, Divergent has now raised a total of $689M in reported equity funding.


Home from College – $6.9M

Home from College, a professional development platform for young professionals, has raised $6.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $7.6M and there were twenty-four investors in this close. Founded by Julia Haber and Nikolaj Zandvliet in 2019, Home from College has now raised a total of $8.4M in reported equity funding.

Stage Diver, a stealth startup, has raised $1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.5M and this close comes from a sole investor. Stage Diver was founded by Omer Luzzatti in 2020.


Warehouse Exchange – $767K

Warehouse Exchange, an online marketplace that matches warehouse owners with businesses seeking warehouse space, has raised $767K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Founded by Dan Pimentel and Jonathan Rosenthal in 2017, Warehouse Exchange has now raised a total of $2.967M in reported equity funding.
