Pixxel, a space data company that’s developed a constllation of satellites to mine data and monitor the planets, has raised $29.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $50M and there were six investors in this close. Founded by Awais Ahmed, Kshitij Khandelwal in 2019, Pixxel has now raised a total of $62.5M in reported equity funding.
Sensydia – $8M
Sensydia, a cardiac assessment platform for the detection and treatment of heart disease, has raised $8M in venture funding led by Orlando Health Ventures. Founded by Tom Bruggere and William Kaiser in 2015, Sensydia has now raised a total of $17.8M in reported equity funding.

Better Booch, a canned small-craft kombucha brand, has raised $7.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from forty-three investors. Better Booch was founded by Trey Lockerbie in 2012.
Charlie – $7.5M
Charlie, a banking services platform for those 62+, has raised $7.5M in venture funding from investors that include Better Tomorrow Ventures, Expa, Ayokunle Omojola, and Gokul Rajaram. Charlie was founded by Kevin Nazemi in 2021.
WONDERFUL TOGO – $7.5M
WONDERFUL TOGO, a newly-formed startup that has yet-to-launch, has raised $7.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from a sole investors. WONDERFUL TOGO was founded by Daryl Scott in 2023.
