Veloce Energy, a platform that optimizes EV charging and building electrification implementation costs and timelines through software and hardware, has raised $12.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $20M and there were thirty-four investors in this close. Founded by Jeff Wolfe, Mark Yates, Michael Schenck, and Randy Palombi in 2020, Veloce Energy has now raised a total of $19M in reported equity funding.

Stargazr, an AI-based financial analysis and planning platform, has raised $2.1M in Pre-Seed funding led by Motivate Venture Capital. Founded by Juan C. Roldan and Rafi Wadan in 2020, Stargazr has now raised a total of $2.5M in reported equity funding.
