The filing indicates that the total offering is for $25M and there were two investors in this close. Founded by Anna Claiborne, Jezzibell Gilmore, Richard A. Steenbergen, and William Charnock in 2015, Culver City-based PacketFabric has now raised a total of $110M in reported equity funding.
