Whatifi, the interactive social platform for watching movies, has raised $10M in Seed funding from investors that include Andreessen Horowitz, Matrix Partners, David Wells, Ilkka Paananen, Max Levchin, Marc Pincus, Michael Birch, Taavet Hinrikus, Josh Hannah, and Jon McNeil.
