Pipe, the factoring solution for SaaS companies, has raised $60M in what’s being called a “Seed extension” from investors that include MaC Venture Capital, Craft Ventures, Fika Ventures, Tribe Capital, Fin Venture Capital, Lachy Groom, Uncorrelated Ventures, and KSD Capital. Given the nature of the business, it’s more than likely that a large portion of this financing is structured as debt for working capital for the company to make disbursements. Founded by Harry Hurst, Josh Mangel, and Zain Allarakhia in 2019, Pipe has now raised a total of $66M in reported funding.
