HitRecord, the community-based open-collaborative production company, has raised $3.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round came from a sole investor. Confirmed investors in previous rounds include Crosslink Capital, Advancit Capital, Javelin Venture Partners, Steve Chen, Kevin Lin, and David Rogier. Founded by Joseph Gordon-Levitt in 2004, HitRecord has now raised a total of $9.8M in reported equity funding.
