Dreamscape Immersive, the operator of VR entertainment locations, has raised an additional $30.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $40.5M and that there were six investors in this close. Founded by Caecilia Charbonnier, Kevin Wall, Ronald Menzel, Sylvain Chagu, and Walter Parkes in 2016, Dreamscape Immersive had previously raised a total of $36.7M in reported equity funding.
