Headspace, the meditation app, has raised $53M in Series C funding from investors that include Advancit Capital, Spectrum Equity, The Chernin Group, blisce/, Waverley Capital, and Times Bridge. Founded by Andy Puddicombe and Richard Pierson in 2010, Headspace has now raised a total of $128M in reported equity funding. In conjunction with this round, Headspace also announced $40M in debt financing.
