The filing Indicates that the total offering is for $10.9M and that there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Jesse Lee in 2009, Dub Frequency Media had previously raised a $2M debt round in 2018 from a sole investor. Jacob Pritzker of Tao Capital Partners is listed as a Director in the filing.
