Augmented reality startup Mira has raised $10.2M in venture funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were thirty-two investors in the round with Ajay Ramachandran of Happiness Ventures listed as a Director. Founded by Benjamin Taft, Joseph May, Matt Stern, and Montana Reed in 2012, Mira had previously raised a total of $6.5M in reported equity funding.
