Muzik, the markers of the smart headphone, has raised $3.6M in additional funding as a part of a first close for a convertible note according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $25M and that there were three participants in this close. Muzik has previously raised investment from investors that include Tony Robbins, Michael Jordan, Ndamukong Suh, Silva International Investments, Kevin Hart, and Francois-Henri Pinault. Founded by Jason Hardi in 2012, Muzik has previously raised a total of $80M in reported equity funding.
