MindMate, the Santa Monica-based company that is developing apps tailored for those with cognitive decline, raised $2.6M in additional funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were eleven investors in the round and that $363K of the total amount reflects the retirement of a previous convertible note with the remainder coming in as new capital. Investors in previous rounds for the company include Techstars, Right Side Capital Management, Northstar Ventures, LaunchCapital, Techstars New York City Accelerator, Mucker Capital, Scottish Enterprise, Telegraph Hill Capital, Ignite Accelerator, PLG Ventures, Luma Launch, Potential VC, Amadeo Brenninkmeijer, Doug Scott, Damien Lane, Vivek Kumar, Pip Wilson, Locke Mountain Ventures, and Alex Iskold. Founded by Patrick Renner, Rogelio Arellano, and Susanne Mitschke in 2015, MindMate previously raised a total of $2.6M in reported equity funding.
