RCT Studio, the creative studio for interactive and immersive film, has raised $1.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that three investors participated in the round. This is the first institutional round of funding for the startup founded by Jesse Cheng Lyu and Yuheng Chen, who previously founded Raven (acquired by Baidu).
