Avinew is providing auto insurance for autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles, and it has raised $5M in Seed Funding led by Crosscut Ventures, along with investors that include American Family Ventures, Draper Frontier, and RPM Ventures. Avinew was founded by Dan Peate and it plans to launch in select U.S. states later this year.
