Bonfire Ventures, a Santa Monica-based early stage venture firm, is raising $20M for its inaugural “Select” fund according to a recent SEC filing. The firm is founded by venture veterans Jim Andelman, previously at Rincon Venture Partners, and Mark Mullen, previously at Double M Partners.
