According to a recent SEC filing, Shippabo, the ocean freight-booking platform founded by Nina Luu, Sam Luu, and Wes Chien in 2015, has raised an additional $2.1M in funding. The brings the company’s total funding to $3.9M. Investors in previous rounds include Slow Ventures, Double M Partners, Joanne Wilson, TenOneTen Ventures, Wonder Ventures, Charge Ventures, Bonfire Ventures, and 79 Studios.
