According to a recent SEC filing, uBeam, the wireless charging startup founded by Meredith Perry in 2012, has raised a $25.4M round. It was reported in November that the company was raising around $20M. This brings the total funding to $37.1M. Investors in the company include Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Upfront Ventures, CF, Mark Cuban, Ludlow Ventures, FF Angel LLC, The R-Group, LLC, AFSquare, Tony Hsieh, #Angels, Atom Factory, Ellen Levy, Marissa Mayer, Chloe Sladden, Shawn Fanning, Three Six Zero, Cane Investments LLC, Ken Seiff, and Morris & Kamlay LLP.
