RYOT, the virtual reality studio founded by Bryn Mooser, David Darg was acquired by AOL. While the specific terms of the deal were not disclosed, the deal is valued at between $10M-$15M. Venice-based, RYOT was founded in 2012 and had raised a little over $3M in funding.
