Santa-Monica based ParkMe, the startup at the intersection of parking data and analytics, was acquired by INRIX. The terms of the deal of were undisclosed. ParkMe, founded in 2009 by Alexander Israel and Sam Friedman, had raised $8.3M over 2 rounds from investors including IDG Ventures, Fontinalis Partners, and the Angeleno Group. The founders will join the INRIX team and this acquisition comes after the two organizations have been partnering for the last several years.
