Santa Monica- based Whipclip, the social sharing platform that allows you to share music and tv clips with your friends has raised a $40M Series C round funded by Raine Ventures, Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), Eminence Capital. This round brings the company’s total funding to $60M across two rounds since its launch founding in 2014.
